I’m a university academic, psychotherapist, professional life coach, creativity mentor and motivator.
I’m a researcher, teacher, writer, artist, musician, wife and mother.
I am energised by the opportunity to support you to achieve your aspirations and inspirations, and provide a safe space for exploring what isn’t flowing well, feeling right or working out as you’d like it to.
I believe that the art of being yourself is the path to living a life that is meaningful, satisfying, successful and joyful.
Expertise
I have a PhD in educational research and over 20 years experience as an academic in universities.
I’m also a life coach, professional and personal mentor, creativity motivator, masters/PhD supervisor, and therapist.
I’m a published author, experienced speaker and professional development facilitator.
I lead high level projects and initiatives facilitating creative collaboration across a range of stakeholders and communities.
